The villa is completely ground floor. The living room, together with the open kitchen is 55 m² in size and has a nice large table with seating for six persons. Additionally there is a comfortable sitting area with TV (International satellite reception), DVD player (DVDs are present) and CD player with iPod Docking station (CDs with many different music types are available). During the cooler months the fireplace provides a pleasant warmth (there’s also electric heating). The covered terrace can be reached through the patio doors. The spacious and luxury open kitchen is equipped with all appliances you need, such as a large refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, two of approximately 17 m² and one of 10 m². In the two larger bedrooms are two single box spring beds of 80x200 centimeters, by default these are pushed up against each other.
Nature and surroundings
The ruralhut is located in the department of the Gard in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. The Gard is definitely one of the most attractive areas of France. In the south you will find the Mediterranean and the beautiful Camargue region, in the west the breath taking nature is spread over the Cévennes and in the north are the famous Gorges de l’Ardèche. The Rhône river in the east forms the border with the Provence. In the Gard the sun shines over 300 days a year. Lovers of culture will fulfill their needs here. World famous is the Pont-du-Gard of course, one of the most visited monuments of the whole of France. In addition, the Gard includes a whole of 17th and 18th century towns such as Uzès and Sommières, as well as beautiful villages like Castillon-du-Gard, Lussan and Montclus. The largest city is Nîmes. On the border of the Gard with Provence lies the beautiful city of Avignon.
