This very quiet ruralhut for up to 10 people is located near Dereköy, a green and extensive farm village 12 kilometers from Bodrum and five kilometers from Turgutreis. This house is set on 1400 m2 of land and is surrounded by meadows and orchards of oranges, lemons and mandarins. In the immediate area you find beautiful walks in the hills and protected mountains. The sea and beaches are only five kilometers away. The house is divided into two independent floors each with two bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet, kitchen and cozy living room and all have a heat pump in the living rooms for cooling and heating. There is a nice terrace on each floor and a common laundry room as well as a nice barbecue. At the end of the garden there is a spacious swimming pool which will only be activated during the months of June, July, August and September. A beautiful and fairly rough nature surrounds the cottage, an authentic atmosphere and tasty organic fruits and vegetables. In the village you will find four small shops where you can buy everything and there are three tea houses where the older men meet together to drink tea during the daytime. On the other hand, if you want to meet more people and stay in the warm atmosphere of Bodrum and beautiful harbor, you are only 12 kilometers away. In the immediate vicinity of Dereköy you will also find a Carrefour, Migros, Metro, Kipa and other big supermarkets, all within a few miles of the green oasis in which you stay. At the same distance you will find an extremely modern hospital. Many villages in the area are more than worth exploring like Gümüslück, Yalikavak and Ortakent. Car hire is definitely recommended as you are 45 minutes away from the airport. Bicycles are not recommended due to the hilly roads and the lack of bike paths.
