This detached nature house with four bedrooms and a large living space is located at the end of a small hamlet in the northern, quiet part of the Ardeche. The garden overlooks the wooded uninhabited valley. The first floor consists of two parts. To the right is the living area. Here you will find the open kitchen and spacious sitting room. Eight people can enjoy sitting at the wooden dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large amount of cutlery, plates and large pans. To the left is a large utility room with freezer, large refrigerator and ping pong table. This room is separated from the living area by a connecting door. Upstairs are the bathroom with shower and toilet and the four bedrooms, all suitable for adults. The house can be heated with the two wood stoves on the first floor and there is an electric heater in each room.

The nature house is located at about 750 meters altitude in a hamlet with about 15 houses. In the immediate vicinity of the house it is possible to make beautiful walks. In the house there are maps and books with hiking routes with detailed information, as well as information about horseback riding in the area. Nearby are picturesque villages and towns to visit. Two kilometers away is the village of Le Roux with a small church. The picturesque village of Montpezat is eight kilometers away. Here you will find the police station, a bakery, a butcher, a small supermarket, the mailbox, a tourist office, a doctor, pharmacy and a restaurant. In Lalevade dArdèche (20 kilometers) is a large supermarket, the Intermaché. You can swim in the stream at the bottom of the house. There are many bowls (deep swimming pools in the river), "natural slides" and small waterfalls. For children a place to play and scramble, or for adults a place to relax.
