Come and enjoy an oasis of tranquility. The detached nature house is built entirely of wood (built in 2007 and partially renovated in 2016) and stands in a spacious place, with lots of privacy. It is located on the quinta of the landlords, in the middle of nature, overlooking the highest peaks of Portugal. Bordered by vines. There is both sun and shade due to the fruit trees present. There is a private swimming pool filled with crystal clear spring water. On the sunbathing lawn, sun beds are ready to relax with beautiful views. There is also (for a fee) a wood-fired sauna (built in 2018) to relax after another nice walk. Or have a nice glass of wine in the cozy cave.(Price is based on 2 pers.)

The nature house is located just outside the quiet village of Meruge (distance one kilometer). Within walking distance of grocery store (with fresh bread rolls) and cafe, among other things. Meruge is located between Seia and Oliviera Do Hospital at the foot of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. Unspoiled nature, mountain lakes, pure air and beautiful views, with the Torre (highest point of Portugal) as a literal highlight. The immediate surroundings are perfect for hours of walking and/or cycling on quiet country roads with olive trees, vineyards and cork oaks.
