This nature house is a six-person vacation home in a former water mill with a private garden on the banks of the river Ouche. The authentic water mill, from the end of the 19th century, served as a grain mill for the Dijon Céréales cooperative until 2001 and has been restored with a sense of history by the current owner on the outside. The west wing has been converted into a comfortable two-story home. Downstairs a spacious living room with wood stove and open kitchen and toilet, upstairs three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and second toilet. The open staircase can be closed easily and safely both upstairs and downstairs with a stair gate. Internet is available. To the south a lovely large garden by the river and to the north, in the shade, a roof terrace. Around it a beautiful area with a large fish pond, a vegetable garden, three large lawns and of course the Ouche with a small waterfall.

It has a cultural and natural landscape with many hiking and biking opportunities among the vineyards or along the Canal de Bourgogne. The authentic water mill is located in the heart of Burgundy on the outskirts of the picturesque Bligny sur Ouche. Here you can enjoy the two-acre well-maintained estate with stunning views over the verdant Ouche Valley. On the beautiful grounds themselves, the kingfisher regularly flies, butterflies are plentiful, and in the Ouche swim fish in the clear water. Those who love fishing can go wild in the lake, a small rowing boat is at the ready. In the village of Bligny sur Ouche there is a delicious bakery 600 meters away, a good restaurant, tourist information and a supermarket. Cities nearby: Beaunne (15 kilometers), Dijon (40 kilometers) and Chalon sur Saône (50 kilometers).
