This ruralhut is a luxury 19th-century stone farmhouse just two kilometers from the medieval village of Panicale. The ruralhut has recently been restored with high environmental performance, is very well maintained and it is eco-friendly. The cottage offers breathtaking views over the hills of Lake Trasimeno. Access to the cottage is possible with the use of a separate and private entrance with an original stone staircase. The apartment is 200 m² and consists of four bedrooms with private bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the large living room you will find an original fireplace, flat screen TV and high speed internet connection. The ruralhut features a one hectare fenced park with olive groves and a private swimming pool with great views, where you can relax on the sun loungers by the pool, or cook on the barbecue in the garden. This ruralhut is a great base for exploring both Umbria and the east of Tuscany. Just over 100 minutes north by train one finds Florence. By car, you can easily drive to Cortona, Perugia, Chiusi, Assisi, Montepulciano and Montefalco, as well as the impressive surroundings of Castiglione del Lago Fortress and Lake Trasimeno with its unique islands and many sports, dining and cultural activities.
