The cottage is elevated on the property and has a living room of 20 m2 with a wide sliding door to the terrace and two bedrooms of five m2. The whole is heated by a gas stove. The house is located in a forest on 5500 m2 of private land and offers a lot of privacy. There are more privately owned cottages in the forest, but the nearest cottages are at the back and are at least 30 meters away. The forest was originally a farmers' coppice forest, which is still very visible. There are mainly oaks and birches, with pine trees here and there. The soil is sandy, slightly undulating. Hot water supply for kitchen and bathroom is provided by a (natural) gas bath geyser. There is enough crockery and cutlery for six people. The terrace faces south and is sheltered to the east by a glass windbreak. A small part of the terrace is covered. Another sheltered terrace faces west. There is also parking space for two cars.

This house is perfect for people who want to surround themselves with nature. It is in an excellent location for hiking, cycling and is suitable for family weekends in green surroundings and a child-friendly forest. The nature house is located in the Oosterduinen and is within walking distance of the village of Norg where there are several pubs and supermarkets. Also nearby are other hiking areas, such as the Melingeling forest, America and nature reserve Norg. Drenthe is an excellent province for hiking, cycling and enjoying nature. A vacation in this cottage proves this. In the village (located one kilometer away) there are stores, restaurants, snack bars and there is also the possibility to rent bikes.
