This ruralhut is part of the Agriturismo country house, located on the border of Umbria and Tuscany on a 400 meter high hill that offers a marvellous view over the landscape. It is composed of one double bedroom, one double sofa bed in the lounge with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is a covered veranda with table, chairs and deckchairs where you can eat or relax with your friends and families. Outside there is TV, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave and electric oven, kettle, hairdryer, telephone, safe, autonomous heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Outside illuminated swimming pool with sunbathing area and garden with barbecues. Common laundry room always open and free of charge.

The structure is located on a hill 400 meter high and is surrounded by olive groves and woods. From the country house you can enjoy a wonderful view and see the spectacular sunsets, the bell towers of Città della Pieve, Amiata and Cetona Mountain. There are not other houses around and this offers an incredibile sensation of peace and relax where people can recharge their batteries.
