On this estate / water mill there are three nature houses for rent. This nature house is a romantic beam apartment on the second floor under the roof of the water mill (90 m2). The huge oak beams take you back to days gone by and create a romantic atmosphere. Due to the large beams, there is not standing height everywhere: therefore, the apartment is less suitable for tall people! The apartment has two bedrooms. In low season it can also be rented by two people (use of one bedroom).The spacious vaulted kitchen (40m2) is located in another part of the water mill: it is a former cantina. And makes the hearts of hobby cooks beat faster. Right next to the kitchen is its own large private terrace with a nice dining table to enjoy the dolce vita together. Rental of this nature house includes the use of the spacious (nature) pool.The owners live in another part of the mill. And are available for tips if desired.

The nature house is located in a lush valley of the Gola della Rossa Natural Park. Besides the pool, there are plenty of other play and discovery opportunities for young and old: for example, exploring ruins in the woods, playing soccer, table tennis, hiking or building campfires and grilling sausages. A pasta/cooking workshop with Maestra Francesca is also among the possibilities. Horse lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and beach lovers will find everything they need in the area. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can for example hire chef Giuseppe for a delicious BBQ or three course dinner.
