In a unique location in the mountains above the village of Verdeggia, between two small mountain rivers, with a beautiful view of Monte Sacarello, in the Vallee d'Argentina, there is a house like an eagle's nest. You can reach the nature house along an ancient footpath, five minutes' walk from the village of Verdeggia. The house consists of two equal parts, each part has its own private terraces. The part to rent has its terraces on the east, south and north side. In the living/dining kitchen there is a beautiful wood stove. In the sleeping area there is a double bed and a double sofa bed. The first basket of wood is provided by landlord. The other part that is used by the landlords or friends of the landlords has its terraces on the west side. The landlords can point out the special walks and (swimming) places in the area.

In this mountain house you will find yourself at the end of the Vallee d'Argentina, at the border of a nature reserve. The ancient footpath will take you to Brigue in France, among other places (about four to five hours walk). From the house there are several walks and treks on foot of varying lengths, from half an hour to five hours (or more). Among others, you can walk in 40 minutes through a beautiful forest path to the beautiful, authentic village of Realdo, where there is a café/restaurant. In the village of Verdeggia there is also a café/restaurant with internet.By car you can visit picturesque villages and towns, such as the medieval Triora, known as a witch town, a 20-minute drive away. The Vallee d'Argentina is also suitable for mountain biking. And if you want to go to the sea (40 kilometers), you can rent bikes in Arma di Taggia and ride on the converted railroad track to San Remo, along the sea, or to other typical Italian seaside towns. For golf lovers, a visit to the nearest golf course in Castellaro is worthwhile.
