The nature house is a sweet, small, converted farmhouse with a spacious living room/kitchen on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, including a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. In front of the house is a large covered terrace with a beautiful view. Absolute peace, quiet and privacy.The sea is not far just 15 minutes away, but of course the nearest splash is in the pool (4x7 meters) in the garden. The house is located halfway between the coast and the first large village inland. After about eight kilometers you will find a huge arch bridge in Roman style, over which a boat train used to run. Under this bridge the baker still bakes bread in a wood-burning oven. And behind the bridge is the cute valley "San Cataldo," where at the end lives a real shepherd family. You can hear the sheep bells ringing as the sheep leave home in the morning and return home in the evening. Between the baker and the shepherd there are only a small number of houses, one of which is this nature house.

Totally private location at the end of a private access road across a stream, which is dry in summer. It is wonderful to walk here. For example, to the little river Alcantara; in five minutes you walk to this special little river that offers wonderful cooling in summer. The northeast is very diverse; so many things to do and see! Of course, there is the majestic volcano Etna and the "Pearl of the Mediterranean" Taormina. Natural beauty, archaeological sites and typical Etna villages. The Northeast has it all! On the coast there are several beaches, each with its own atmosphere. For example San Marco, very quiet, only a few lidos and many local people. Giardini Naxos, the lively coastal/fishing town, has a promenade along which many beach bars and restaurants can be found. Taormina-Isola Bella (see photo at right) is very picturesque and very beautiful. Taormina-Spisone: nice sandy beach with a few lidos. Letojanni: cozy coastal town with lots of free beach and good restaurants along the promenade.
