The nature house is located in a wooded area and as a resident you will notice how peaceful and quiet it is here. A walk across the 5.5-acre property is always a pleasure, across the rolling meadow and through the forest with a small plan d'eau. Children can play freely in the forest. The farmhouse consists of a large barn with stables and the farmhouse. The house/gîte has been modernized and fully equipped. A new bathroom with a separate toilet area. In Villefranche du Périgord, one of the beautiful bastide towns, you can do all your shopping. On Saturday mornings there is a market and on almost every day of the week there is a weekly market in the area. In the summer vacations the food markets are very popular. At this Marché gourmande you eat, seated at long tables, the products of local and regional growers. In this part of the Dordogne or Périgord Noir, you will find many medieval villages / bastides and authentic towns such as Sarlat du Canada, Monpazier, Lalinde, Molières and Belvès. Around the Dordogne River there are beautiful castles to visit and a visit to one of the many caves is also worthwhile. All this you will find in the beautiful nature of the Périgord. Canoe trips can be made on the rivers Dordogne and - the Lot. For brisk walkers and trained cyclists there are plenty of hiking and biking opportunities.
