This Lodge is a sturdy and comfortable house in Drenthe for 2 people. The nature house is situated in a unique location, directly adjacent to a beautiful forest and heathland. From the lodge you can walk straight into the woods and onto the heathland. Here it is still really quiet and dark at night and you can enjoy the beautiful Drenthe landscape in peace. Layout: the living room with sitting and dining area has a wood stove and doors to a spacious veranda. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (without freezer), coffee maker (both quick filter and nespresso) and further all necessary kitchen equipment. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom has a sturdy, wooden double bed (140 x 200 centimeters) and a spacious closet.

From the veranda of this nature house you have a view over the spacious garden from where you can walk straight into the forest. The garden has sun all day and plenty of shade under the trees. The green belt around the house offers sufficient privacy. Bicycles can be stored in the locked shed and there is a charging point for electric bicycles. The nature house has its own parking lot with space for two cars (no lzonder charging station). The nature house is located on a forest park, just outside Westerbork. The lodge borders directly on the forest and heathland and the veranda is a wonderful place to enjoy the peace and beautiful nature of Drenthe. Around Westerbork there are plenty of walking and cycling opportunities. For example, directly behind the house runs the (red pole) walking route that leads you through the Reijntjesbos and field to Orvelte, one of the most beautiful villages in Drenthe. A walk through this village takes you back in time. Be sure to visit the sheepfold in the middle of the village!
