For several years, the landlord has had a house in France, in the beautiful region of Lot et Garonne. The name of the house, according to people around here, is a corruption of "Fountain of Silver" because there used to be a spring here on the property. The natural cottage is directly adjacent to a small village, St. Victor, but is completely hidden at the edge of the hilltop. From the property there is a magisterial view over the valley and in the distance you can see the beautiful village of Beauville. As soon as you drive onto the property you immediately experience the peace and privacy that are indispensable for a good vacation. The house is surrounded by three acres of land, a well-kept garden, meadows and woods. There is a swimming pool of 9 by 4 meters, with a sun terrace and sun beds. The house itself can accommodate six people and a baby. There is a large terrace, barbecue, herb garden, richly equipped kitchen and living room. There are three bedrooms, one with two single beds (90x200) and its own shower and sink. Bedroom two has two single beds (90x200) and bedroom three has a double bed (180x200). There is also a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and another separate toilet.

The property is three acres there are three meadows, a well-tended garden and two strips of forest. Please note that there are small differences in level in and around the house. From the front of the house the terrain descends into the valley. Nearby, you can enjoy hiking in the varied landscape of the Lot et Garonne. Since the property is on the edge of the hilltop, there is a beautiful view of the valley. Sunflower and wheat fields, meadows with cows and forests alternate in the rolling landscape. There is a great diversity of game and (predatory) birds.
