The nature house consists of a spacious living room with a modern kitchenette and is attractively furnished with a sofa, dining area, television, radio/CD machine and telephone. The kitchenette includes a four-burner ceramic hob, a hood, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an oven, a microwave and is amply equipped with crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and glassware.Patio doors give access to the front garden with a sitting area and through the vaulted cave (wine cellar), where the washing machine and freezer are also located, one arrives at the rear of the property with another cozy terrace with the sauna and the pool of about four meters in diameter. From here you have a beautiful view over the rolling terrain. Deck chairs and barbecue are waiting for you! An authentic natural stone staircase gives access to the first floor with the bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with shower cabin, washbasin and toilet and another separate toilet. For true enthusiasts there is an original Finnish sauna available, complete with a cooling area and hot-foot baths and of course the swimming/dipping pool to make the cooling complete.

The nature house is part of an Auvergne farm, occupied by the landlords, in the very quiet hamlet of Cubes, about three kilometers from St. Gervais d'Auvergne. The maximum capacity of this house is six people.The nature house is wonderfully free and sunny on a plot of about 3000 m², sheltered from the hills with a beautiful view of a wooded valley. Part of the grange (large barn) with the écurie (stable) has been converted into a comfortable gîte, in which you can still find the original situation (but without manure...). It is located in a beautiful area of the Combrailles, where the landscape alternates between hills with forests and streams, charming villages, farms and meadows and the steeper rocks around the river Sioule. A must to discover through the well-marked hiking trails or by the sporty cyclists. And for those who dare, autumn offers an abundance of edible mushrooms.
