This garden house is located in the back of the landlords' garden and most closely resembles a Tiny house. The nature house is fully insulated and has heating. There is also a toilet, shower and sink in the cottage. There is a kitchenette. Wi-Fi is available. There is sleeping accommodation for four people. There is a terrace in front of the house. Furthermore, the garden is private. It cannot be played in. The garden is located in the Bronnengebied between the forest of the lateral moraine and the area of the Ooijpolder. The street is protected village view and the garden protected landscape garden. Parking is not possible at the house, but unloading is possible. Parking is available on the main road (120 m). The landlords are happy to give you tips for trips, walks and cycling in the area. There is a bus stop five minutes from the house. The Bronnenbos, in which the nature house is located, is a unique area at the bottom of the lateral moraine east of Nijmegen. Special plants occur here, such as the slender primrose and purple-leaved golden oriole, among others. The hill area of the lateral moraine is a beautiful forest area with many hiking opportunities. In it many birds can be seen and heard, for example the great spotted woodpecker, the black woodpecker and the green woodpecker. In the garden often come the great spotted woodpecker, nuthatch, greenfinches and many more species. You can also find traces of beavers in the area. From the garden house you can also explore the Ooijpolder with its characteristic flora and fauna.
