The spacious, tastefully decorated nature house is a new construction in traditional materials with a living area of 400 m². It is located in the Drôme Provençale, 15 kilometers from Nyons, in the midst of a beautiful nature, and with its six bedrooms (five of which are en suite) it can accommodate 10 people. A spacious kitchen, large living areas with fireplace, reading room, spacious terraces, as well as an arched terrace and beautiful landscapes guarantee conviviality and relaxation, while allowing everyone to enjoy their own space. The house can be divided into two separate apartments, making it perfect for two families vacationing together. The house also has private parking, was designed in an ecological approach and integrates with its environment. Traditional materials and balance ventilation with Canadian well provide coolness in summer without air conditioning and maintenance of living temperature in winter. The nature house in Eyroles is located 15 kilometers from Nyons and a stone's throw from Mont Ventoux. Eyroles is perhaps the smallest (25 permanent inhabitants) and the sunniest village in the Drôme.Through the valleys of the rivers Eygues and Bentrix, you gain access to Eyroles. After the ascent, you will discover a very small aerial continent unimaginable from below. When you arrive in Eyroles, via Sahune, the view of the Angèle is magnificent. The village is oriented all the way south and enjoys a microclimate. An isolated hill (called "piè" in Provençal) protects the inhabitants from the north wind. Even in winter, when the ice-cold mistral blows into the Rhone valley, you can hang out on the terrace in Eyroles in the afternoon in t-shirts and enjoy the sun.
