The houseboat is surrounded by nature in a sheltered spot. You can swim, fish (if animal friendly) from the boat and sail around in the rowing boat. In the vicinity you can make beautiful walks and cycling tours. The houseboat has two bedrooms. Furthermore, the nature house has a cozy wood stove and a kitchen overlooking the water. There is a nice terrace on the boat to enjoy the sunset (or rise) and several seating areas have been created in the garden which is lovingly maintained. Parking is on private driveway.

There are several cycling and hiking areas oa: The Polderpad, this is a cycling and walking route between the rivers the Schie and the Rotte. Amidst a busy and urbanized area, the Polderpad takes you right through the heart of four green polders. You will see birds, cattle, farms with monumental trees, high canals, dikes and pumping stations. The Ackerdijkse Plassen, under the smoke of Rotterdam, is an oasis for various birds. It is a 20-minute bike ride from Rotterdam central and also from the picturesque city center of Delft.
