The nature house is spacious (90m2) , comfortable and particularly bright. The doors of the living room give access to a substantial terrace (28m2) facing south. In the living room there is a sofa, two (good armchairs and a large dining table 3 meters long. The open kitchen is compact and well equipped. A new dishwasher and an equally new washing machine can be found in the adjacent utility room (also entrance). There are two bedrooms that face north and are therefore relatively cool. In the large one there is a bed of 180x200cm, in the other one of 90x200cm. About the bathroom we can be brief, it is in perfect order and there is a separate toilet. At the moment there is no internet and no TV reception. However, there is a DVD player connected to a large TV screen. The whole property is double glazed and the new boiler does an excellent job. This makes this nature house ideal for a stay in early and late season.

A lovely house, we find, it is located directly behind the dunes. Far enough from Ouddorp-center not to notice anything of the summer bustle there and close enough to go shopping by bike. From the nature house you walk in 12 minutes through the dunes on a sandy path to the beach at Paal 18. And if you like absolute peace and quiet: dressed warmly, winter walks through the dunes and across the beach are fantastic! The L-shaped property stands in the middle of a sizeable plot of 750m2. The vegetation is mature and provides lots of privacy. On the terrace is a fireplace suitable for barbecuing. Next to the house is parking for two cars (one behind the other) and your bikes will fit in the storage room.
