This vacation home consists of 2 floors. On the lower floor is the living room and bedroom with flat-screen TV and 2 sofa beds for 1 to 2 people each (for a total of 4 people, extra bed on request), on the upper floor is the kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, a dining area, bathroom with shower/WC. In front of and behind the house you will find lawns and cozy spots for sunbathing or for cozy evenings. There is garden furniture and a barbecue behind the house. You can reach the terrace on the riverbank via the stairs on the slope next door. The Kirnitzsch is ideal for Kneipp baths or for cooling off on hot days (it's best to bring swimming shoes).

Visitors to the Kirnitzschtal valley are often reminded of a landscape from "Lord of the Rings". You don't need to say much about it, because this nature needs no words, you have to see and experience it. Our romantically furnished vacation apartments are located on the banks of the Kirnitzsch river. From here, all hikes can be easily undertaken on foot or by bus or the Kirnitzschtalbahn, whose stops (bus line 241) are not far away (bus stop "Botanischer Garten"), which will take you to your hiking destination or to the train station.
