The detached cottage is set amidst an olive grove in a hilly area with panoramic views of the ancient town of Amelia. The house is newly built but completely constructed in a traditional Umbrian style. It can accommodate six people and includes a spacious living/dining room, open kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and a second with shower. On the south side of the house there is a large terrace with pergola, table and benches for outdoor dining and enjoying the panorama. On the north side there is a covered terrace (portico) with tables and chairs. The house has a large garden with private pool (12 x 5 meters) and this pool with salt filter is also completely fenced. And therefore suitable for families with small children.

The house is thus completely surrounded by olive trees (about 400) and is situated in an oasis of peace, pure air and aromatic scents of wild plants. The old town of Amelia can be reached on foot along country roads (3.5 km) or by car along small paved roads. In the town you will find all you need for shopping both in small traditional stores and supermarkets. Several restaurants, bars and pizzerias can also be found there. The house is located on the edge of a large forest where one can make extensive walks or mountain biking. There is also a riding school located there where you can go horseback riding by appointment. From the old town there are four hiking trails (sentiere) of several kilometers through the surrounding nature. In the larger nearby town of Terni there are the Cascate delle Marmore and the River Nera on which one can kayak and canoe.
