The large plot is closed with a high hedge, which allows you to stay undisturbed on the plot, and at the same time the large lawn invites to sunbathing, ball games and other fun activities. The house has one of the area's best locations and almost private beach, which only the owners of the nearby cottages use. Not for rent to youth groups.
