The house is about 750 meters above sea level, surrounded by long-distance views, plateaus, oak groves and Mediterranean scrub, immersed in the silence of nature. It is spacious, surrounded by a grassy yard, with a large living room equipped with a large hearth and lit by wide windows. There is a wood-burning oven for tasty juniper-scented dishes. It has two large rooms to be used as bedrooms both or with one to be used as a living room or study. The attic can be practiced into 2 rooms to accommodate numerous groups, totaling up to 12 beds and other spaces for 6 more people with mattresses for sleeping bags. It is spartan in style, with some antique furniture in poor art. Equipped with a bathroom with shower and hot water, it uses rainwater recycling for domestic use. Heating is provided by the large hearth and electric stoves.The place is suitable for listening to music or playing music late into the night, being far from population centers.
