The nature house is located 2 km. from the village of Murazzano, toward the hamlet of Lovera. It is accessed by a paved road 150 m from the provincial road. The place is very quiet. The 'house is located on the crest of a hill facing the chain of the Alps, so you can enjoy a wonderful view. The 'interior is warm and cozy, furnished with antique furniture, and has a special charm. The enclosed garden is large and full of many varieties of plants. It is accessed by a paved forecourt leading to the 2 covered garages. The dwelling is on two floors; the ground floor, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located, has direct access to the garden and, in front of the kitchen, there is a stone table, covered by a large wooden pergola, particularly enjoyable in the summer season. On the second floor are the bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, which have access to a large covered terrace.

Located in Alta Langa, where there are areas declared a Unesco heritage site, it is just a few kilometers from many tourist, food and wine and cultural sites, such as Barolo, with its spectacular vineyards, La Morra, Vicoforte, with its oval-domed sanctuary, Mondovì, Alba, with its annual truffle fair, and Bra, with its biennial Cheese fair. Throughout the area you can enjoy typical Piedmontese cuisine and a numerous amount of D.O.C. wines. The 'environment is hilly, at an elevation of about 700 meters. In almost the entire area there is the cultivation of hazelnuts, recognized as the most prized in Piedmont's gentle round.
