The house overlooks a beautiful valley of the Appennino Reggiano, washed by the Secchiello stream. It has 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, one of which is a romantic accommodation on top of the turret, 1 large living room with a large fireplace and a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley. It is situated in the middle of a 9-hectare estate, on the side of a hill, which descends from the village of Villa Minozzo to the creek, where the only noises are those of nature and where at night you can see magnificent starry nights. Villa Minozzo is a small town, where no services are lacking and well connected to other towns and important cities such as Reggio Emilia known as the City of the Tricolor, Modena with the Ferrari museum, Parma city of historic buildings and world famous food.

The Reggio Emilia Apennines not being crossed by highways and railroads and still out of mass tourism has preserved a nature full of peace and still wild, in which there are ancient rock formations, beech forests, chestnut groves, blueberry heaths, castles such as that of Empress Matilda of Canossa and churches. Not far from our home are: the famous Pietra di Bismantova (1000mt) where there is a famous rock school and tightrope walking events and concerts are organized, Mount Cusna (2100 mt), with a splendid cable car open in winter and summer, Mount Ventasso, the Astronomical Observatory and Cervarezza thermal baths, Cerwood Park for children, and the Golfarone waterfall. The extensive network of equipped and thematic trails and vie ferrate, full of refuges and bivouacs, allow you to discover how the Reggio Emilia Apennines are particularly interesting from a naturalistic and scenic point of view.
