Small, fine and cozy cottage in the municipality of Montigny sur Canne (Les Rondes) in the Nievre, near the Morvan Natural Park. Surrounding the nature house is a large garden with a lovely terrace. Garden furniture is available. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the sounds of nature here. On the first floor is a large room with an open kitchen. There is a wood stove and electric heating. The television has Dutch channels. In the kitchen you have a sink with cold and hot running water, a small refrigerator, a hot air oven and a ceramic hob (4 burners). All kitchen utensils are provided. Behind the room is a bathroom with sink, shower stall and toilet. Also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Electric heating and underfloor heating. In the utility room there is a large refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. On the upper floor there is a landing with possibly one or two beds. In addition, there is 1 large bedroom available with a double bed.

Nearby you will find everything you could want. Large cities like Nevers and Autun. But also smaller places like Chatillon en Bazois, St Benin d'Azy, Cercy la Tour or Moulins-Engilbert you will find many amenities. The nearest bakery is a 10 min drive away in Anlezy. There are several lakes, canals and rivers nearby in which you can swim. Along the Canal de Nivernais there is a towpath which is great for cycling and walking. Along this path you will find picturesque restaurants with the necessary refreshments. - Nearby you can go fishing or horseback riding Alluy or St Saulge. - Do you like water? Then visit the great lakes in the Morvan, or go canoeing on the Loire. - Visit castles, museums and local markets, with summer almost every weekend somewhere a flea market to visit - the wineries Chablis, Sancerre and Pouilly are nearby.
