This house is a century-old farmhouse that has come to us intact without renovations, nestled in the woods within of the Giogo-Casaglia State Forest, in upper Mugello located in a small valley about 780 meters above sea level. Completely OFF-GRID: Photovoltaic and 12V system, spring water, wood heating, wood hot water, vegetable garden, and chicken coop. We have 4 rooms for a total of 12 places + 2 in a micro stone Chalet formerly Seccatoio a few meters from the House. Large hall for events and dining with seating for 30, heated, bar area, wood-burning kitchen, wood-burning oven. The house can only be reached on foot by a 1.3 km Forest road or by shuttle with our 4x4.

This house is within a State Forest surrounded by Beech, Spruce, Hazel forests and with a trail network leading to the Apennine ridge over 1000mt and close to the main 00 National trail. Around us live all the National wildlife species except bears.. Buzzards, Deer, the Wolf, Owls, Woodpeckers, Wild Boar, Fallow Deer, Foxes and Porcupines. Zero noise and light pollution.
