Following the concept that our houses must be ecological and whenever possible accessible, taking advantage of the ruins of an old wine press, we have transformed it into a beautiful accessible house, super comfortable with a private garden, adapted swimming pool and viewpoint, which will not leave anyone indifferent. We asked our Architect to use natural materials as much as possible, such as cork and local granites, to be inspired by small agricultural buildings, to spare all existing trees and to build a house in which the traditional aesthetic is confused with a " look "baffling and absolutely modern. In a logic of inclusive tourism, or better said, tourism for all, two of our houses are suitable for people with reduced mobility. For reasons of topography of the land, and despite the development comprising six houses, only two of them meet the necessary conditions for this purpose. And so: - Casa da Eira, on the ground floor, with private parking, 1 bedroom with double bed, common room, kitchen, barbecue outside, large bathroom with technical assistance accessories, space adapted for the circulation of wheelchairs and large outside porch overlooking the landscape. - Casa da Cortiça, on the ground floor, a suite / double room with an accessible bathroom, another suite / room with two single beds with a non-adapted bathroom, large glass-enclosed common room over the pool and the landscape and ramped pool with handrail and guide for blind people.
