The house consists on the ground floor of 1 kitchen/dining room 1 living room with sofa bed and 1 storage room; on the second floor 1 bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. Nature around the house offers a variety of edible wild herbs, and in the birthing seasons, passing through the woods among centuries-old chestnut and oak trees one can find several varieties of mushrooms. With a little luck it is not difficult to make encounters with animals such as deer, badgers and squirrels. One can enjoy the view of striking sunrises with the sun rising from the nearby pristine mountains. Outside the gate you can take the path to a natural swimming pool surrounded by greenery carved out of a stream tributary of the Vezza River. From the absolute tranquility of the woods by which the house is surrounded in a few minutes you can reach magnificent places : from the beautiful beaches of the Versilia sea to the paths of the Apuan Alps from which you can make excursions suitable for both ordinary people and experienced climbers to reach the peaks in a few hours.
