There is air conditioning with the possibility of heating and cooling. The nature house is also equipped with satellite TV and an external and internal water heater. There are two terraces (open and covered) with an outdoor grill and an outdoor shower. The open terrace is equipped with two garden loungers, while the covered terrace is equipped with a garden furniture set. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for dogs. There is free parking on the property.

The nature house is just 70 m from the sea, where you can take a walk along the 3 km long coastal path or enjoy one of the many beaches. It offers complete privacy, peace and quiet.There are restaurants, coffee bars and fast-food stores along the coastal path (2 min walk from the house). Ideal for divers due to the close proximity to Diving Center Kostrena. Gas station, supermarket, ambulance and tourist information center, hiking and biking trails are nearby.
