The nature house was built against a hill in the late 19th century and is located at 180 m. The backyard of over 2000 m2 faces southwest and is adjacent to a forest meadow where deer, pheasants, partridges and hares dwell. From the terraces with furniture at different heights, you overlook both the garden or the orchard and the hills of the Boulonnais. At the front you enter on the 1st floor where you find the bathroom and 2 bedrooms (2023: new shutters, window frames, double glazing). On the 2nd floor is the 3rd bedroom (40 m2) with 2nd bathroom. The living-dining room-kitchen (50 m2) is not visible from the road making it very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances to enjoy cooking. In the living room you can find something to read from the bookcases by the monumental fireplace, listen to a CD or nostalgically enjoy the collection of DVDs.
