The house dates from the early 20th century. It is accessed through 2 large French doors facing south. You can enjoy the sun here. On the north side there is a terrace on the Old Rhine. Here in summer you can enjoy the evening sun and the boats passing by. In the living room there are 2 comfortable chairs and a spacious 2-seater sofa. There is also a fold-out dining table for 4 people. In the kitchenette you will find a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, kettle. Optionally, you can cook on a present 2 burner induction hob. There are also a spacious bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a view of the Old Rhine. The other bedroom is in the attic and also has a double bed (160cm). The house has central heating. Minimum stay is 2 nights, in high season min. 3 nights. Smoking is not allowed in and around the house. Zero tolerance on drugs.

The house is centrally located in the Green Heart, There are many walking and cycling and boating routes in the immediate vicinity. The house is located on the Old Rhine. The water quality is excellent and suitable for swimming. Along the house runs the towpath from Utrecht to Katwijk.
