located on 4 hectares of woodland totaly inclosed with swimming pool and a small big pond with walking path on and out the property, totaly isolated with lots of animals : badger, fox , porcepine, buzzard, lots of birds , and sometime the wolf coming now from the abruzzes mountain , we are at the border of the regional Monte Aurinci parc where we have seen wolfs,20 minutes away from the lovely beach of Sperlonga and Gaeta
