Our detached vacation home is equipped with all comforts. In the living room a large fireplace and lovely corner sofa with plenty of pillows as well as a lovely lounge chair. The dining table inside is adjacent to the open kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It is equipped with a bar with four stools. The two bedrooms are equipped with new double beds and mattresses, the windows (three per bedroom) can be fully opened. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination, in the hallway you will find the washing machine and a second toilet. The upper floor, accessible by stairs, has two bedrooms and a space for a playpen (also available). The garden, over 800m2, has ample seating (shade and sun) and is equipped with petanque court, hammock and fruit trees. A table tennis table is also available in the garage. Evening meals can be enjoyed outside on the terrace at the dining table by the fireplace or under the cherry tree.

Vitry-les-Nogent is a quiet village with about 180 inhabitants, it is nice to come home to our detached house. The area is very quiet, wooded and fifteen minutes drive you are in the middle of the four lakes area where there is ample space for water sports such as canoeing, surfing, sailing and rowing. In the immediate vicinity the hiker who loves vast fields, pure nature and tranquility will feel completely at ease. The many hiking maps available in the house already show it: this quiet area is perfect for anyone who really wants to get away from it all, away from the crowds. After a walk it is a must to sit on the terrace by the fire pit/BBQ or under the cherry tree at the picnic table. When night falls it becomes beautiful and there are plenty of stars to see. On the living floor is a balcony with lighting where it is lovely to read and stay warm. Enjoy and unwind in our vacation home.
