Since the spring of 2021 our newly furnished apartment has been available for rent. Here you have a bedroom with double bed, a living room (without TV), a bathroom and a small but complete kitchen at your disposal. When you step out the door there is a screened terrace where you can enjoy the Drenthe outdoors. The terrace is adjacent to the common garden where there is room to light a fire, play and enjoy the sunset. For relaxation it is possible to book the wood-fired hot tub and/or sauna. You will then have these at your disposal privately for part of the day. You can also rent our Finnish grill hut. These facilities can be booked by all our guests, based on availability. Please note that from 17-08 until 01-09 2024 we do not serve breakfast.

This nature house is in a rural location, amidst vast agricultural plots where potato, corn and sugar beet predominate. Prefer to go into the woods? Around the monastery in Ter Apel you can hike or mountain bike to your heart's content. The Emmerdennen with their dolmens are not far either. For some more entertainment, visit Emmen, with its diverse range of stores, nice cafes and Wildlands zoo. And so the area has much more to offer and is an ideal base for exploring Drenthe, Groningen and Germany.
