Entirely enclosed by woodland garden. Fresh air, the rustling of the trees, and the whole day a concert of birds. Large, sheltered and partially covered Veranda, so you can comfortably sit outside (stay) even with less weather. Cool in summer, warm in winter. The price includes bed and bath linen, final cleaning, tourist tax and park fees. Private parking at the nature house. At 2 km from the cozy Ootmarsum with plenty of recreational opportunities, including a beautiful swimming pool on the Kuiperberg. PS: due to the energy crisis, gas consumption in the months Oct-March afterwards settled (1.50 m3).

This nature house is a perfect base for hiking and cycling in the vast border region of NO Twente, where peace and quiet and space are still the most natural thing in the world. From the cottage direct access to the beautiful "Springendal," an idyllic Natura 2000 area. The area is also called "the garden of the Netherlands". Northeast Twente contains one of the most varied landscapes in the Netherlands. The differences in height, the special soil composition and the many sources and streams created a patchwork of landscape types. In the wide surroundings of the hamlet of Nutter there are woods, heathland, fens, ash and hedgerow landscapes, charming villages and many well-maintained estates. Very diverse and exuberant flora and fauna. All seasons an experience.
