The heart of the apartment is the 30sqm designer kitchen made of solid wood and steel with a kitchen block and two-meter-long kitchen table. There are also 3 double bedrooms facing south and west, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, double washbasin, WC and whirlpool bath and a separate WC. The icing on the cake is the hall - for celebrating, making music, dancing, yoga... and a private garden - with furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, fire bowl and garden shed. This apartment is barrier-free to enter and use. A SUP and a kayak are available by arrangement.
