Welcome to our beautiful forest in Norg. A year ago we demolished our old cottage and built a beautiful new house, in March 2023 we could welcome our first guests. Our cozy house can accommodate 4 people and is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation in nature. The house is built of wood and has a warm and cozy feel. The living room has a large pellet stove, which provides pleasant warmth during the colder days. On the large comfortable corner sofa you can enjoy a good book or watch the birds and squirrels that visit us regularly. The kitchen is fully equipped and the round table is nice to eat together or play a game. The large infrared sauna can accommodate 4 people. There is a nice bedroom downstairs with a large 2p bed and a sleeping loft with 2 rooms 1x 2p (extra) long and 1p. The covered terrace invites you to be outside a lot and enjoy the forest.

In the heart of the beautiful diverse Drenthe countryside is a good place to stay. On the 11 hectare forest of the nature friends Norg are 80 privately owned cottages. Our house is nicely situated away from the road so no sounds of through traffic here. The cozy village of Norg is just a 10 minute walk from the cottage. You can enjoy hiking, cycling, and mountain biking here. Norg has a nice swimming pool and several stores and restaurants. There are often markets and fun events organized. In short, a wonderful place to be.
