Gas fireplace in the living room and a large television with various streaming services. The house has underfloor heating and is well insulated. Ample seating on the solar terrace, and a large outdoor table with heaters. Large BBQ. Parking for 4 cars. Fast internet. The grounds are private, fully fenced and lockable.

The cozy village of Holten is within walking and biking distance from the house. In Holten is plenty to do: there are several stores and restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Swarte Ruiter. Our house is located directly on National Park the Sallandse Heuvelrug where you can enjoy cycling and hiking. Bike rental within walking distance. Also within walking distance of the house is a public outdoor pool. For a day out you can visit Avonturenpark Hellendoorn. The center of Deventer is also within easy reach (about 15 minutes away by car). Because of its quietness, this house is not rented for parties and is not open to groups of young people under 30. Pets allowed.
