From 11-05-2024: our house also has a roof with hot tub (wood), seating, bar. This sweet little house once belonged to the adjacent castle and is located on a fenced plot of 3000 m2. The garden is closed at the front with a gate and fully fenced. In the garden there are several pieces of playground equipment, a sandbox, a set-up pool of 366 cm and a children's pool. Children's toys are available inside and outside the house. The nature house has 3 terraces where you can rest, read and BBQ. The beds are made upon arrival and you can use kitchen linen and bath towels for free. The hospitable owners always provide detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, garbage bags, cleaning products, tea lights, soap pumps and firewood. The house is well and comfortably furnished and well suited for a family with and without (small) children. Your four-legged friends will also have a great time here.

Our detached cottage is located 1 km outside the village of Savignac Ledrier in a quiet natural environment, surrounded by greenery at 300 meters from the forest and the river Auvezere. Directly from the garden you can walk into nature. In Savignac Ledrier is a Restaurant with outdoor terrace. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, banks, gas station at 5 and 8 km. Large recreational lake with sandy beach, pedal boat and teleski at 10 km. Visit the nice local (flea market) markets and picturesque villages and cities like Montignac, Pompadour, Perigueux, Segur-le-Chateau or Sarlat. Take a canoe trip down the Dordogne, do some wine tasting or visit the caves of Tourtoirac or Lascaux. Upon your return, have dinner outside and relax with a book and a drink on one of our terraces. If the weather is bad it is great to enjoy the fireplace, Satellite TV or Netflix. There are games, books, DVDs for all ages. Or play a nice (French) record on the record player.
