We rent our attractive and cozy family house to a maximum of 6 adults. The house stands on its own property with lots of privacy and has a wide view from all sides. On one side you look out over the water where you can swim (or fish), on the other side it has a wide view over the large garden and over the meadows with sheep and cows. There is a large terrace and several seats in the garden where you can enjoy nature, peace and quiet, and the passing boats. So no parties! Of the 4 bedrooms, 1 is on the first floor, next to the bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (2 with sink ) and a toilet. There is possibly a camp bed. On cold days the house is heated with gas heaters. There are 2 little harbors in the garden free to moor your own boat (8 by 3.5 and 8 by 3 meters). Weekends we only rent from Friday to Monday. If your rental period does not fit, please mail us; it might be possible to discuss the dates and adjust them in the calendar.

The cottage is located between the wetlands the Weerribben and the Wieden in the head of Overijssel. Natural areas that are known worldwide by the rich history of reed workers, fishing and punters, which you can still see back in the area. It is a beautiful water sports area and nearby you can rent a boat or a canoe to go into nature. And you might spot otters in addition to the special birds! Besides boating, the area lends itself to cycling and fishing. The towns of Muggenbeet, Holland, Ossenzijl, Kalenberg, Bokzijl and Giethoorn are just a stone's throw away.
