Want to be right out in nature? See squirrels playing at breakfast? And if you're lucky a deer? Take beautiful walks from your home, run or bike? Or rather with a book in the garden among the birds? And you do not feel like cooking, but rather walk to a nice terrace in the village? This is all possible from our cabin in the woods near Norg. We bought this cottage in 2022 to exchange our life in the city for this beautiful environment from time to time. We like to share this experience with our guests and hope you enjoy this place as much as we do. In the cottage you can use games and books. The kitchen has an extensive inventory. Basic products such as oil and salt and pepper are available. Since we live far away, replenishment by subsequent guests is much appreciated. Linen must be brought by yourself.

The forest cottage is located in a quiet forest. In the surroundings of Norg you can be fantastic outdoors. The surroundings of Norg consist of a varied landscape of forests, historic villages and fields. The cottage is a ten-minute walk (through the woods) from the lively village of Norg with stores, good restaurants and a bus to Assen. Cities such as Groningen and Drachten are half an hour away, also for children there is plenty to do in North Drenthe. There is a family swimming pool and a gnome trail in Norg and a stone's throw away you will find the nature resort Noordsche Veld where everyone can sit on the terrace, while children have endless fun with a scoop net in the pond full of life and the playground.
