This nature house is relaxing, quiet and space in the middle of the nature reserve "t Lutterzand, in Lutte. It can be reached over a sandy path of 1.3 kilometers. The cottage is located in a beautiful, quiet place, far from civilization, no neighbors nearby, close to the rivers Dinkel and Puntbeek in Twente. This comfortable stone bungalow - with covered terrace and wood stove - can accommodate four people. An ideally located starting point for walking and cycling tours, for example towards Ootmarsum, Oldenzaal, or nearby Germany (Bad Bentheim, Nordhorn).

The Lutterzand nature reserve is an excellent place for both young and old to spend a nice day out, enjoying nature. The area is accessible all year round where you can walk and cycle freely on the designated paths. The Lutterzand is now a varied landscape with whimsical flying pines, large pine forests of different ages, juniper bushes and heathlands. Characteristic birds such as buzzard, black and spotted woodpecker, long-tailed tit, woodlark, nightjar and other songbirds can be observed there. At the Dinkel or Puntbeek it is possible to spot a yellow wagtail or kingfisher.
