This modern compact Nature House is fully sustainable and circularly built. The chalet has excellent insulation and uses a heat pump and/or an efficient pellet fireplace for heating. It is completely gas-free and equipped with PV solar cells. The chalet was installed in January 2024, surrounded by wide copses with young plantings of (ornamental) shrubs, bushes and trees. These plantings will not only grow nicely in the coming years, but also provide plenty of privacy between the chalets. Energy-efficient night lighting has been applied throughout the site and Wi-Fi internet is available. All entrances to the campground are monitored via cameras for peace of mind. The site is intentionally kept car-free; parking near the chalet or pitches is allowed only during the delivery or collection of luggage or groceries. We strive to make your stay in our Chalets both comfortable and environmentally conscious, amidst beautiful natural surroundings.

Around the approximately 4-acre plot, a 5-10 meter wide woodland hedge has been established with local tree species. There are thickets on the property where wildlife can shelter and nest. During different seasons you can encounter pheasants, partridges, hares, rabbits and squirrels. This nature house is located in the outskirts of Oudenbosch, municipality Halderberge, adjacent to nature reserve "Pagnevaart". By car an ideal base for example to visit Breda, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Willemstad, but also certainly for the Zeeland coast. Furthermore, West Brabant is the cycling region par excellence! Halderberge is centrally located and is the ideal starting point for your cycling trip. Cycle through polders, forests and over dikes along rivers and canals, the Biesbosch or over beautiful vast moors along the Belgian border. Waterspeelpark Splesj is 1.5 km from our B&B. But also a day at Efteling in Kaatsheuvel, 40 km away, is among the possibilities!
