This cozy cottage is in a beautiful location, on a small vacation park. The garden is fenced and sitting on the porch you have a beautiful view of the forest. The small park is located next to the forest. It is wonderfully peaceful and quiet. The many birds with you in the garden and in the woods, the owl calling. In clear weather you can see a huge starry sky with thousands of stars and maybe planets. The house is fully equipped, with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, TV, central heating. The car can be parked at the house and dogs are welcome (max.2). You cycle or walk into the forest. Relax and enjoy nature that is what you can experience.

The location is unique with as many as 3 National Parks in the immediate vicinity. Namely NP 't Dwingelderveld, NP 't Drents Friese Forest and NP the Weerribben. But there are more nature reserves, what about 't Holtingerveld, 't Leggerveld etc. Drenthe is the least populated province of the Netherlands and has a huge amount of nature and beautiful rural surroundings. The Dwingelderveld is special because of its different landscapes and therefore a huge diversity of flora and fauna. At only 2 km. lies the famous village of Dwingeloo. On the village square are several restaurants and stores. The surroundings are rural with authentic villages. Take Lhee a small hamlet with 2 Brink. On the Brink are farms hundreds of years old. Sandy paths crisscross this village. It seems as if time has stood still. But also nice cities like Assen, Meppel, Hoogeveen, with nice stores are worth visiting. There are plenty of activities in the area.
