The cottage has recently been renovated and is fully equipped, including a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, combi-oven and refrigerator, central heating, air conditioning, TV, wifi etc. The cottage also has a spacious, modern bathroom with shower and bathtub. There are two bedrooms, each with two beds, with the possibility of sleeping up to 6 people because of the sofa bed in the living room. Surrounding the house is a spacious woodland garden with plenty of opportunities for children to play or recreate on private property.

There are also extensive opportunities for walking and cycling. Nature reserves such as the Korenburgerveen and recreation area Hilgelo are nearby. The nearby town of Winterswijk and the German town of Vreden offer all daily amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a cinema.
