Complete inventory with pans, extensive crockery and glasses set. A dishwasher with dishwasher tablets. A refrigerator and separate freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother and kettle. House is near most beautiful dune area of the Netherlands. Several opportunities for walking( routes available) and cycling in this area. In 10 minutes you can cycle to the beach and the sea. Egmond aan Zee is a cozy seaside resort with many cafes and restaurants. There is a serene peace at the house which you will experience as soon as you are there. At 700 m from the house are stores (supermarket, bakery, butcher, fish store, delicatessen store and a wine shop) these are open 7 days a week. Supermarket open from 8 am to 10 pm.
