The cozy and quiet 4-star non-smoking holiday apartment (62 sqm) for 2 persons with terrace (south facing) is located directly at the forest with access to the Sauerland-Höhenflug in the district Holthausen. The apartment with its own entrance (basement) has a bedroom with double bed, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower/WC and a safe. The living room with bay window and access to the terrace (approx. 10 sqm) is equipped with a dining area, a couch, table and satellite Smart TV. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, energy costs and a parking space are included in the price. The tourist tax (2,50€/night per person) is not included in the price.

Holthausen is located in the heart of Hochsauerland and is not called a panoramic village for nothing. It lies at the foot of the Hunau (818 m above sea level). The Federal Gold Village is home to the Westphalian Slate Mining and Local History Museum. A wide variety of hiking routes start from Holthausen. These include the Golddörfer-Route and the Sauerland-Höhenflug. The Sauerland cycle ring also runs in the immediate vicinity. This can be easily reached via the cycle path from Holthausen.
