A cosy cottage full of charm and original features. The 'old ruin' terrase, super in the summer, log burning stove, warm and cosy in the winter. A great 'get away', and perfect all year round retreat. The cottage is situated in a small hamlet of 3 houses and very rural but only a few minutes from the medieval market town of Lassay les Chateaux. The garden is well fenced and dogs are very welcome.

La Peschelier is a very small hamlet which is both peaceful and relaxing. You can enjoy walking on the quiet country lanes and discover flora and forna in the hedgerows .
