This two-story houseboat is located in the beautiful village of Nederhorst Den Berg, 25 minutes from Amsterdam. A floating home that offers everything you would expect from a luxury villa, but with the benefits of staying on the water. Watch the swans, ducks and geese swim by while you enjoy an unforgettable time with your loved ones, near the cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht. Our woonark is best described as contemporary, light, warm and characteristic. You will feel all the love we have put into it. Staying in our houseboat is most convenient if you have a car at your disposal. The nearest train station can be found in Weesp, about 12 minutes by car. Included are several bicycles.

In our houseboat, you live amidst the elements. You are surrounded by water birds and you enjoy beautiful skies and sunsets. The ark is adjacent to a large garden (about 900 m2) with various places to sit in the sun or shade. In the garden you will find a veranda where you can relax in summer and in winter (with wood stove and patio heaters). We also have a new comfortable Tiny house with a terrace by the water. In summer you can enjoy swimming in the Vecht, sup boarding or making trips with our sloop (can be rented separately). The area around Nederhorst den Berg is known for its beautiful nature, lots of water and small beaches, old mansions and forests to wander in. You can make beautiful bike tours, walk along the Vecht or around the Spiegelplas.
